    Dealing with these guys was great and so easy. They kept me update every step of the way. Working in customer service myself it is something I take note of and their customer service was outstanding, always very helpful and friendly and answered any queries I had very promptly.     Greta was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. She made the process easy and clear for us to get the super release we required assisting with contacting the specialist and getting documents needed quickly. We received our successful application within 24 hours of Greta getting it lodged for us. She was quick and precise with replying to all calls and correspondence. We can't recommend Access My Super and Greta more highly.

    What a great service! Access My Super made the whole process stress free. They completed all necessary forms, contacted specialist's and Dr's and explained the whole procedure step by step. She explained everything clearly & ensured I understood each step. She got my application across the line quickly & successfully. Richard was also amazing filling in on days Sussan wasn’t there. You can tell that these people genuinely care. What an awesome team overall!     I recently used access my super to help me release my funds for medical treatment. I would highly recommend this company and especially Gina who was dealing with my case. She was wonderful through out the whole process and she made me feel very comfortable. I must say she has a wonderful and warm personality and to be honest even if I wasn’t able to get the approval I would still be writing these comments purely based on the way I was treated by Gina. Gina in particular was a superstar (no pun intended).The process was clearly outlined to me in regards to costs and steps and Gina looked after everything from start to finish and made the entire thing fuss free.     Gina at Access My Super has been an absolute super star in helping me tap into my super to pay for upcoming fertility treatment.     Gina was so friendly not only did she steer me through the maze of paperwork she was so knowledgeable about all aspect of getting a payout. I have been in terrible pain with my teeth not through neglect but constant infections. I was able to get the funds for complete new smile and a pain free life. I am ashamed of my teeth .Thank you so much Gina. When i thought it was impossible you made it possible never giving up and fighting for me.     First class service all the way. From the day of my dental appointment, they were quick to call me and get the process underway. All the information was given to me to make an informed decision. They assisted me with all the paperwork and forms and lodged my application with the ATO with no fuss. I believe that the only reason the ATO processed my application in 2 days was due to AMS being so professional and thorough. Special thanks to Rachael (my consultant) for her work on my case.Highly recommend using this company if you need to access your super early.
